Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs associated with AI generation and processing, all sales are final.
Why No Refunds?
- Instant Access: Audio files are generated and available for download immediately after purchase.
- Irrevocable Nature: Digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded.
- Server Costs: We incur hard costs for every second of AI audio generated and processed.
- Free Previews: We provide unlimited free previews so you can hear exactly what you are getting before you pay.
Exceptions
We only offer refunds in the event of a proven technical error on our end (e.g., you were charged but the system failed to deliver the download link). In such cases, please contact support with your transaction details.
